Interline BVI 2011

So we are all getting really excited to go back to the BVI for the annual regatta!!    So I wanted to share pics of our past regattas.  The Pirates went in 2007 and 2009.   So here we go again!!!   We are getting costumes ready (each costume can fit into a gallon zip lock bag) for the parties, and our dive gear ready to go!!
Above is Julie, Jake & Me - We call it Capt. Jake and his "Bad" Kitties!!   We wore those ears everywhere on the regatta.   It was fun!!

We were kitty pirates

And kitty mermaids

and kitty beach chicks

The boys had fun too!!  However below is my favorite picture!!

My husband enjoying one of our favorite spots called The Baths --

During happy hours - we have "dingy wars" - which I can find is not very safe - but sure is fun!  People get into the their dinghys with water guns and go to all the boats and go nuts!!

Our boat back then was called Caat Tails - and we hung out mostly with our sister ship  Stray CAATS ran by Bobby Garlaza -  She has an awesome boat each year!!  You can check her stuff out at
http://straycaats.com/Annual_Interline_Regatta.html

Our first regatta was with the Master of All Charter Yacht People of the BVI Regatta - Jim Tullus of Adventour Tours ...    http://fundensity.com/?page_id=369    He always takes about 4 boats to the BVI!!

And Southwest, Hawaii Airlines have boats too that are always fun!!  And then there are tons of international airlines.

During the BVI Regatta we dive everyday, and go to a different beach each night for parties with people from all over the world!!   They have theme like, Rock Star, Flapper, ABC (anything but clothing) and ofcourse Pirates - my favorite!!    But you can dress up or not - and we live in bathing suits for the entire time!!  Just accesserize with different jewery or wraps and headbands!!    No shoes ever!!  Unless you want to sport your high heels but I have found really challenging in the sand!!  ha ha

Oh - wait - it is called a regatta - so is there a sailboat race?  Yes - It is awesome to watch - and cool people from all over the world come to it, which makes the parties even more fun, so many different nationalities represented!!

So our next regatta is Oct 11, for 10 days.  Our boat is going for 7 days.

Yes there is still time for you to join us!!   We might have space but maybe one the the websites above could help you too!!     I promise you - it is the most fun for the money - and you will not be bored!!

Oh - since we are now PirateHearts - I guess our new BVI boat will be the PirateHeart too - instead of CAAT Tales.    Our boat is working on cute hats to wear and getting our flag ready!!

So we hope to see you there!!

Meow Meow Meow Meow !!!   See you at the Regatta 2011!!!
