Costumes & BVI British Virgin Island Interline Regatta

Hello Pirates!

Tomorrow morning I set sail with a bunch of my friends to the Bristish Virgin Islands Interline Regatta.

So before the trip ...
We all got our spray on tans by Taylor, who says our tans will last 5 days,  got a little bit of botox, I even had a tiny bit of Rysteline in my increasingly hallowed face and starved for 3 days.  Ok well I didn't really starve at all like I wanted and the restyline doctor said I was really needing tons more injections... which I did not do....... but I am not too shabby for "my age".   For my age, my butt -  us girls "our age" work our butt off to keep it from dragging on the ground.   We still enjoy wearing bikinis and flirty fun clothes so - we do what we gotta do!  Right?    I know some of my friends are not as vain - and that is super fine by me.  I do not care.   That is the good thing bout being "our age", we actually do not care so much.    Mostly everything is good.  However some have turned into that sour old broads no one wants to hang with , at every turn there are aches and pains to complain about to keep them sitting on the couch staring at the TV.  Too bad, they gave up, and now they can't "keep up"  as Carolyn always says.     Not me, or my friends.  We are too busy.  And we just play through the pain.   And so far all the time, my body say - ok, let's go eventually after it trying to slow me down.   Just can't let it.

So back to the BVI.    There are tons of catamarans that we all rent from the Moorings.   Airline people and others from all over the world come to do this 10 day sailboat , diving ,  and at night there is almost a theme party every night.   Being that I used to have a dance studio I really enjoy the costume side of it.   I enjoy it so much that not only are we matching at night with all the themes, we have matching daywear as well.    We ironed rhinestone pirate patches on all our bikini bums, and t-shirts and wraps.   It is so cute, we have matching flip flops, eye glasses and jewelry.   Every day it is going to be so fun getting dressed!!  It took a little bit of work to get this all together but as I say, we have the best friends and they just say ok, mostly.  

Anyway - If I have time I will blog about the fun while I am there, but for sure will post pics when I get back.
